This coincided with a new Green campaign in which the company launched a paperless transaction system, saving thousands of pages of paper in the first year alone.
Also in 2009, Prudential Americana Group REALTORS® merged with and acquired multiple high-volume sales teams and offices including the McGarey Group, The Mullen Group and Windermere Summerlin. In constant pursuit of bringing new real estate executives to the market, it has also launched Americana University, an intensive pre-licensing school that provides 80 hours of classroom time to help new REALTORS prepare for the state licensing exams. In 2008, its Sahara office was recognized as the #2 office in North America for residential real estate units sold. Its green Valley office was #5 and its Southwest office was #10 among thousands of offices throughout the Prudential network.
