Level 5 Leadership Model - The Evolution of a Sales Executive
Our Level 5 Leadership model outlines the evolution of a sales executive from day one in the real estate business to a top-producing individual agent or a small business owner who has created a valuable business asset and exit strategy through team building - if they should so choose.
This model allows an individual agent to develop and master each level and the accompanying skills at their pace and in alignment with their goals.
- Level 1 – Focus is Open for Business. The primary skills are open houses, creating and managing a sphere of influence, basic listing proposals, contracts and Inventory knowledge.
- Level 2 – Focus is Listings. The next set of skills includes home selling and marketing proposals, farming, target marketing, business plan, and follow-up systems.
- Level 3 – Focus is Referral Business. Level 3 skills include building referral business, advertising and marketing, personal promotion and branding, real estate portfolio management, hiring an assistant.
- Level 4 – Focus is Team Building. Level 4 agents learn how to create an asset of their business through effective team building, implementation of key real estate systems and development of an exit strategy.
Level 5 Skills Training & Coaching Support
Our sales executives master the level skills and implement effective systems through the Level 5 Skills Training – which is explained in detail in this 2008 Training Course Catalog. Additional support and guidance is provided at the branch level in the form of Level Group meetings and coaching. Individual coaching is also available to those committed sales executives who desire assistance in establishing the key business systems to enhance their real estate success.
