Aliante
With over 1,900 acres, Aliante lies among beautiful landscapes nestled at the base of the Sheep Mountains in North Las Vegas. The area surrounding Aliante
offers residents various amenities and breathtaking views of the mountains and the Las Vegas Valley. The Nature Discovery Park has quickly become one of
the most popular facilities in North Las Vegas. The site features a large man-made lake and waterfall, walking paths, a multi-story playground and a
dinosaur themed nature discovery area. In addition, the park offers tennis, volleyball, bocce courts, soccer fields, horseshoe pits, several picnic sites
and an amphitheater. Aliante has 428 acres of community area for recreational and public use including Seastrand Community Park, Moonlight Falls Park and
Deer Springs Park along with 100 acres dedicated to commercial development of shops, resident services and dining, providing the perfect setting for an
active lifestyle.
Aliante also boosts the Aliante Golf Club, an exciting and challenging course that stretches more than 7,000 yards from the back tees. The presence of the
meandering arroyo that comes into play on 14 holes causes the golfer to feel slightly elevated, providing interesting contours and unique playing lies and
angles. The course is highlighted by two water features, generous landing areas, and strategic use of trees that are not commonly found in most desert
courses. The practice facility features an expansive driving range, putting green, chipping green and practice bunker. The Aliante Golf Course was designed
by Gary Panks Associates and opened on December 5, 2003.
