As the Las Vegas housing market began to depress in 2007, Shane recognized the need to change with market conditions and swiftly adapted to the REO and Short Sale industry. In no time he amassed an inventory of Short Sale and REO listings and quickly established himself as one of the top REO and Short Sale Specialists in Las Vegas. As prices deteriorated and the number of REO and Short Sale properties increased, investors turned to the Las Vegas marketplace.

At the request of our clients, Liza turned her focus and energies to creating and developing a successful property management company. Liza treats every property she manages as if it were her own.
