Michael is a native of Melbourne, Florida, and a graduate of Florida State University He worked as a Business Development Rep with the Florida Department of Commerce, Division of Economic Development, and joined Pruitt Real Estate in 1974, Michael assumed responsibility for operational management of Pruitt Real Estate in 1979, at which time he was appointed President of the Company.
Michael has an extensive background and years of experience in the local commercial real estate market.

Tanya has been a Realtor since 1972 as well as Vice President of Pruitt Real Estate, Inc. She has managed several multi-family condo projects and a major PUD in South Brevard.
Tanya specializes in commercial real estate and the sale of major apartment complexes, commercial income properties and vacant commercial land parcels throughout the state of Florida.
Tanya was a founding director and board member of The Bank Brevard; she is a board member of the Melbourne Police Foundation and a member of the Jr. League of South Brevard.

Dick has been a commercial Realtor in Brevard County since 1990, specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial properties in Brevard County and Florida's East coast. He is currently the Director of Operations of the Pruitt Commercial Group and has also managed several multi-tenant commercial properties. In addition to his Brevard County experience, Dick has represented national clients in purchasing and leasing properties throughout the state of Florida.
Dick has completed training in Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices & Law in 1990 and has completed continuation training courses every two years since. Current designation is Realtor.
Dick and his wife Carol live in the Suntree area of north Melbourne. He is a past President of the Suntree Rotary Club and past Assistant District Governor. He is also a 32nd degree Mason and a Shriner.

Donna has been a resident of Brevard County since 1987 and started her career in Property Management that same year. She was very successful in her field and was selected by Merry Land and Investment Company as their South East Florida Regional Manger. She traveled with the company throughout the Southeastern States conducting sales and marketing seminars for their large sales teams. Prior to joining the Pruitt Real Estate Commercial Group, Donna became one of McCluskey Realty's top producers in the Melbourne area. She specializes in buyer and tenant representation and enjoys the challenge of finding the right location for her clients' business and/or investment needs. To quote Donna, "It's not just a job for me, but a love of helping people and creating lasting relationships while working in the exciting field of Real Estate".

Scott was born and raised in the Melbourne, Florida area, with family Real Estate ties back to the fifties. His Grandfather was a local, large-scale developer. It was a natural for Scott to start and develop a career in the real estate business. He began nine years ago as a residential Realtor and transitioned quickly into the investment and development areas of the business. Scott started working directly with developers marketing groups of lots to area builders and developers. He then assisted the builders in marketing and selling the individual lots to new home buyers. Scott has experience in all areas of Real Estate. Now, as a member of the Pruitt Real Estate Commercial Group team, his primary focus is the sale and leasing of commercial properties. He still gets great satisfaction in putting together large land deals.

Jay specializes in all non-residential property types throughout Brevard County. His experience includes the sale and analysis of Industrial, Retail, Multifamily and other non-residential types of real estate.
Professional Experience:
Jay has been a Realtor since 2003 and became a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker in 2006. He also became a licensed Florida CPA in 1978 and practiced with a "Big Eight" firm. Prior to becoming a Realtor he was heavily involved in his family's citrus business. His specialty was putting together large complex business transactions and working with governmental agencies to facilitate those transactions.
Personal/Family:
Jay is married to Tricia Parrish and has three children. He has served in many leadership roles with other organizations such as, director of Barnett Bank of Central Florida, director and chair of the Audit Committee Florida East Coast Railroad, board member and treasurer of St. Johns River Water Management District, commissioner and chairman of the Legislative Committee of the Florida Department of Citrus. He is a member of the rotary Club of Titusville.
Jay was initially appointed to the Parrish Medical Center board by the Brevard County Board of Commissioners in 1987. He currently serves as Chairman.

Bob specializes in Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing. He has over 30 years experience in the Real Estate Industry, both in New York and Florida.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Before joining Pruitt Real Estate-Commercial Division, Bob obtained his NY Real Estate license in 1978 and his Brokers license in 1979. Bob managed a real estate office from 1980 to 1990. He opened his own office in 1990 and owned and operated a franchised real estate operation until 2005. Bob sold and then managed that operation for the new owners until 2007.
PERSONAL:
Bob and his wife Anne live in North Melbourne. They have one son, who resides in Denver, CO. Bob has extensive experience in all phases of Commercial Real Estate.
