Talmadge is an unusual inner city neighborhood. Located just blocks from some rough neighborhoods, this urban pocket is very well priced. The closer to buy to the rim of Mission Valley the better. Developed largely after the Second War, there are lots of ranch and one level homes. The lots tend to be of good size and there are plenty of good canyon homes as well. If you want to live in the city and not be cramped, this is a great to buy. Homes are well kept and there are no multi-family properties.
