Bankers Hill

Bankers Hill is an upscale pocket neighborhood nestled between Hillcrest and Mission Hills. Located north of Maple Canyon, west of First Avenue, and east of Reynard Way, this area is very convenient to downtown and Hillcrest. Long known for stately mansions, this neighborhood’s price structure is on par with North Mission Hills. Most of the homes are pre-war with a sprinkling of contemporaries and on the edges, some small multi-family properties. Like most inner-city neighborhoods, you will hear the airplanes and often noise from Interstate 5.  If you want quiet, move to Poway.

The definition of Bankers Hill borders is often stretched by owners who live on the periphery. It is one of those places that when you see it, you will know it.
