The Pessin Team

Dennis & Carol Pessin have been selling Real Estate in the Las Vegas area for almost 20 years.  We are fortunate to have always been top producers and while we have received many such awards, the ones most important to us have been the independent survey results showing us "The Best in Client Satisfaction".  We have always believed that we are in a service business and our product is real estate. 

We are a family team -- both of our sons are in real estate here in Las Vegas.

When we aren't working, we enjoy being with our family or at home with our 2 Golden Retrievers.  We have had Goldens for almost 40 years. 

Dennis grew up in the building and construction business and before moving to Las Vegas in 1991, was an owner of one of the largest manufacturers rep agencies in the United States.  Dennis got his bachelor degree from the University of Wisconsin. 

Carol was a wife and mother until the move to Las Vegas and then became an indispensable part of The Pessin Team. 

As an Advanced Certified Distressed Property Expert, Dennis is currently helping many homeowners in this upside down market.
