I had been trying to sell my house in New Rochelle for two years during which, I worked with two different Realtors, without success. I also tried to sell it myself using the services of “For Sale By Owner” and “Zillow” websites but in vain. Despite the current state of the economy and the real state market, Iris managed to generate a lot of interest in my house. This was reflected in the number of visits and offers received.
