Kelley Fitzgerald Lefferdink was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. She is a third generation realtor and her father, Jack Fitzgerald owned the largest real estate company in Dayton for over 40 years. Kelley grew up helping her father with open houses, advertising and running errands to the courthouse to research property information. Kelley obtained her Broker’s license in California when she was 22 years old. She joined Prudential Lefferdink in Encinitas and quickly became a very successful agent. John and Kelley began working together on high end properties and soon they realized a partnership was beneficial to both parties. Kelly begin running the administrative end of the transactions and John was responsible for the sales field. They became a very successful team which soon evolved into a marriage and six children. Kelley took a short break from the business while most of the children were young but always stayed in touch, assisting family and close friends. When the 5th child started preschool Kelley began working part time again. She loves working with people and real estate gives her a chance to be with her adult friends. She really enjoys listing and showing property!
