Steve Rodgers, former President and CEO of Prudential California Realty, Southern California is named a partner and the new President of Real Living LifeStyles Real Estate . Rodgers, who was with Prudential for more than 14 years, spent the last few months researching the companies and cultures that best fit with his views for the future of real estate. He was honored to have been presented with career opportunities at numerous local, national and international real estate firms and franchises.

Mark Loscher founded Windermere Exclusive Properties in North County San Diego in 2001 along with Jim Browne, Robert and Robin Behic. Mark currently serves as the company CEO and Owner of Real Living LifeStyles .His real estate license for “personal investment purposes”, he quickly found himself actively engaged in the dynamic industry. “I got my license and the next thing I knew I had friends asking for real estate help,” “I was selling land, commercial properties, and homes; it turned into a full-time job.” Mark hung his license with Jim Browne, a long-time friend and practicing broker. It didn’t take long before they decided that if they were going to be working together, they should start their own business. “I build businesses. That is what I enjoy doing,” said Mark. “I enjoy seeing other people around me being successful. Watching them grow professionally and personally. It is not about selling homes; it is about building relationships and fulfilling dreams.”
 
Now Owner/Broker of Real Living Lifestyles, Jim Browne founded Windermere Exclusive Properties in North County San Diego six years ago with Mark Loscher.  Together with Steve Rodgers now owns Real Living Lifestyles a franchise of Real Living Real Estate.The 7th generation Californian has more than thirty years of experience in San Diego Real Estate and uses his extensive knowledge of the industry to serve as the principal broker for Real Living LifeStyles’s eight North County San Diego locations. “I really enjoy what I am doing here,” said Jim, who was initially attracted to Real Estate because it offers people the ability to control their own destiny.

A former manager for a large residential Real Estate agency, Diane built her business from scratch. She credits hard work and positive energy as the cause for her varied awards and successful career. Ellie manages all the closing details for our transactions from acceptance to close. Once an offer is accepted, she works closely with Escrow, the clients and their Agents to make sure all terms in the contract are met and by the specified dates.  She also works closely with the Field Supervisor and Listing Coordinator and keeps them up to speed so they can effectively complete their tasks at closing. Ellie has over ten years experience in Transaction Coordination.
