We do things a little bit differently than most other commercial brokerages when we list properties. We pride ourselves on truly representing the client by promoting your listing to not only potential buyers but to competing brokerages as well. We compensate those brokers by splitting our commission with them. Why would you sign up with a brokerage that only wishes to sell the listing themselves and keep all of the commission? That is just not good representation.

John Brassner is a full-time professional Business and Real Estate Consultant. Nevada is one of few states requiring an extensive educational curriculum, testing, and state-issued permit to operate as a Business Broker. John holds permit #376. John has previously worked as a marketing executive, president, and consultant in high-tech, consumer, and service-oriented organizations. His MBA is from the University of California at Irvine
John has been recognized for achievements in real estate with several awards and has appeared on TV and in print as an expert on the Southern Nevada real estate market.
Ms. Laila Orellana works with our general and Spanish-speaking clients. Laila studied languages at McGill University in Quebec and worked in the mortgage industry before becoming a real estate agent. Laila is also our Automotive properties specialist. |
