About Jane..

Following a permanent move to the USA, in the early 90’s, Jane became a full-time Real Estate professional with the Siesta Key office of Coldwell Banker. During this time she sold many single-family homes and condominiums on Siesta Key, Longboat Key and mainland Sarasota.

In 2000 Jane acquired her Real Estate Broker’s License and joined Michael Saunders & Company where she honed her experience and knowledge marketing and selling luxury waterfront properties in the $$$M range.

In the latter part of 2001, Jane joined her husband’s custom construction business as the managing Broker in charge of selling luxury waterfront homes. She was also responsible for interior design and decoration of these magnificent homes and with her exceptional sense of design and style can now help her clients prepare their homes for the market.

The next few years showed her real talents in sales and marketing and she was responsible for many multi-million dollar luxury home sales some of which were sold in a matter of weeks. In addition, she completed many advanced courses and gained valuable knowledge and experience in Immigration, Insurance, Finance, Real Estate law and International Marketing. Jane has secured many International affiliations and in particular Europe and her home country of Great Britain where she is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Her approach to Real Estate marketing both here and in Europe, together with her ability to negotiate at International level, ensures her selling clients achieve maximum worldwide exposure attracting qualified buyers from many countries. Jane is a consummate professional offering a personalized service with dedication and commitment. A true professional admired by her peers.

Late in 2007, following the sale of her husband’s business, Jane returned to Michael Saunders & Company as a Broker-Associate based at their Palmer Ranch Office. This created a powerful combination of the most respected Real Estate Company in Florida and the quality and expertise of a Real Estate Broker with exceptional knowledge and skills. Her husband provides additional marketing services and his extensive knowledge of computing and Internet provides her clients with worldwide exposure that cannot be equaled.

In January 2011 Jane was approached by Sotheby's International to join them at their local Signature office located in downtown Sarasota. This was an opportunity not to be missed so she agreed. The move was bittersweet as she had spent many happy years at Michael Saunders & Company but the opportunity to work with a truly International company, renowned worldwide, was a dream come true.

In addition, Jane has been elected 2011 Vice Chair Person of the International Committee for the Sarasota Board of Realtors where her vast experience will be used to promote Sarasota as the foremost City in Florida and THE place to live.

Jane has firsthand knowledge of luxury, high-end properties having lived in some of the spectacular homes that her husband has built. Not only on waterfront with private boat docking, but Golf and Country Club. She has also experienced condo living at its best and the knowledge gained from this wide variety of homes provides her clients with a unique insight into the pros and cons of each.
