She is an Associate
Broker with our company in California as well she is an Associate Broker with
Keller Williams Realty in Arizona. She has been involved in various aspects of
Real Estate/investments for over 14 years. She has a Banking & Financing Certificate
from Miramar College and has worked for Montgomery Ward in the Credit
Department reviewing and approving credit cards. She has experience remodeling
and flipping homes, worked for a mortgage company and have been an investor for
my own account where she had purchased and managed single family residences and
condominiums.
Continuing education is
important to her also. Over the years she has also earned various designations
including Business Broker Specialist,
Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and Certified Short Sale
Professional.
She has been active in the community in many ways such as counseling services
for girls to rehabilitate to society after a prison term. She has also been
that a Spanish teacher for missioners at
Faith Chapel in Spring Valley.
