He was employed as a Business Coach at Buffini and Company in Carlsbad, California for nearly six years. His focus was to teach Real Estate Agents and other small business owners how to serve their clients needs and develop strong businesses while providing excellent service. Scott is using those same principles to develop his own business and it is thriving and growing.

Scott currently works with a team of over 30 agents who assist each other and their clients. So, when working with Scott, you basically are backed by the resources of many versus one agent in the market!

While Scott is located in Carlsbad, California, he maintains a coastal database of Real Estate Agents all over the United States, Canada and abroad. He strives to be helpful for those who are moving cross country and providing outstanding referrals for all who may need them.
