  MLS area 606 consists of zip codes 89052, 89044, and  89012. It is bounded on the north by St Rose Parkway and I-215, on the east by Gibson Road, on the south by BLM [government] land and on the west by I-15.

Some of the landmarks in this area are Green Valley Ranch Hotel and Casino, the District at Green Valley Ranch, Sun City Anthem, Anthem Country Club, Seven Hills, the Henderson Multigenerational Center and Coronado high school.

A majority of the students go to Coronado High School, about a third of them go to Foothills High School, and if you go to Silverado High School.
