One of our personal bugaboos is lack of communication. Many agents are real communacative while trying to earn your business, but become insulated and impossible to reach once they have a sellers' listing or have a buyer in escrow. We recently were told of a seller trying to reach his listing agent, who, in calling her office, got the receptionist who passed him on to a listing coordinator, then to the listing manager, then to the agents' assistant, then to the office manager.... 5 steps without reaching the person they trusted the listing on their home with!!
