Even though you may have heard this is a slow market, the best properties move fast and new properties are coming on the market daily. To accommodate my clients, I always travel with my laptop, especially during our showing appointments. I have remote Internet Access for Current MLS Statistics, Purchase Documents and Docusign (approved e-Signature availability). This saves you time and conserves paper & fuel; when you see something you like, you can be the first to submit an offer - during the showing if you so wish!

I automatically notify you via email or text messaging the moment a property that fits your criteria comes on the market.  Don't hesitate to call me personally for showings. I can email you up to the minute price statistics that are helpful in determining values in our current market.

As an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, I'm familiar with fine properties and the mortgage programs that facilitate those making higher end purchases. Preparing to Buy
To get started, let's discuss what you need to do to get properly prepared financially; you may need to sell a home, shop for a mortgage, get ready to put up earnest money and make a down payment. If you will be getting a mortgage, now is the time to decide on a comfortable payment and familiarize yourself with the interest rates and closing costs.

Communication

Communicate with me so I can know what type of property you are looking for; I need to know the area, size and price that you feel comfortable with. I'll email you all the listings that fit your criteria and keep you updated with new listings and price reductions the minute they come on the market.

Don't hesitate when you see something you like! Contact me so I can schedule showings; remember, other buyers are also looking at the same properties - The only feeling worse than buyer's remorse is the feeling that you missed out on your dream. Check your emails every day because I'll be sending you new listings and pricing updates from MLS; call or email me for showings, stay familiarized with the market so when the right one comes along, you'll know it!
