I also advertise in The San Diego Union Tribune, The North County Times and various local newspapers. I send weekly emails to all the Prudential - California Realty Agents in the county, updating them on your homes status.
I will let blanket your neighborhood with postcards announcing to all that you are selling, creating "word of mouth" advertising!
Hold Open Houses
Holding Open Houses can be the singularly most important aspect of the sale! Your house needs to be seen and the more people that see your home, helps in creating a "sense of urgency" to all potential buyers!
Friday Nights, Saturday & Sunday afternoons offer ample times for your home to be viewed. "Broker Caravans" allow the local area REALTORS® to visit, preview, have some lunch and add your home to their list of "must sees" for their clients.
Show Your House Daily
Your home should always be available for showings, and on occasions this may be inconvenient for you. By allowing me to place a "Lock Box" in a convenient location, you will make it easier for other agents to show your home to potential home buyers.
Negotiate Offers
With your input, I will negotiate all offers for the purchase of your home.
Solve Any Problems Arising In Escrow
I will make every effort to complete your Sales Transaction in a timely and judicious manner. Inevitably, problems may arise! However, my Transaction Coordinators are trained and experienced in closing difficult, complex and demanding escrows on time!
