Phill & Nicole started their own Brokerage, Knapp Realty in 2008.
Phill works with our buyers, he listens very carefully for what the are looking for in a home. He is very good at finding buyer's their ideal home and knows how to make sure they get the possible deal.
He also specializes in counseling sellers who owe more on their home than it is worth in today’s market. He helps them understand all the options available to them and assists in choosing the option that is best for their unique situation. His Financial & Esatte Planning experience combined with his understanding of how to avoid foreclosure make him able to take a long view in accessing a seller’s current situation. He can then advise them on how to ensure that their long-term goals remain within reach.
