Since January of 1979 Nicole has been a full time Realtor.
Listing and selling single family residences, condominiums, vacant land and investment properties in San Diego and the surrounding communities.

She became a Broker in 1983 and had her own ERA franchise for several years. She was with Coldwell Banker for several years until Phill & Nicole started their own Brokerage in 2008.

Nicole is in charge of writing and negotiating all of our contracts.
