Jean Tutt never tried to suggest to list my house for more than the fair market value so there was no having to drop the price if the house was not moving. I think the best memory, the house was listed around the end of April and I closed on July 10th. Since I am totally blind, Jean read me everything and when she could she also sent information to me in emails.
