      I hope this finds you and your family blessed with good health and enjoying the spring season.  I arrive at my new home in Oregon on Monday afternoon an am finally beginning to see some carpet between all the unopened boxes.  I figure you are a your son's game today.

     

      I want to tell you again just how very pleased I am with your warm and professional manner of helping me sell my home in GArden Grove, CA.  The process of selecting an agent was a challenge for me because I knew the importance of finding a respectable agent with a good amount of experience.  You might let your dad know that I called the number in the first place because he helped me out once with an appraisal and I liked his helpful and knowledgeable manner.  I had always thought I would do business with him.  I am very pleased that I chose to hire his son.

 

      If you can use me as a reference for others, I am pleased to highly recommend you.  You always respected my feelings and opinions about the many aspects of the sale.  You must have tired of repeating certain things to me over and over, yet you never seemed impatient with me.  You have such understanding of the seller's interests and emotional needs during the sale.  That comes from experience, but also from your heart.  You answered many questions before I needed to ask them.  As you may remember, we had a number of uncomfortable situations occur in the process of waiting on the buyer for missed dates and in negotiations.  You handled each of them wisely and patiently and I believe it is because of your skill that we did not lose the sale.  I also am thankful for your knowledge of the quality of my home and how it compared to homes in nearby neighborhoods.
