He also is the President/CEO of SportStar Relocation, assisting professional athletes nationwide with their relocation and Real Estate needs. Premiere Estates Auction Company, owned and operated by Ed Kaminsky represents luxury property owners, developers, trusts, and financial institutions across the United States with professional auction services and sales. Finally, Ed is the President of ItzNew Development, Inc., a construction and consulting firm that develops new residential properties through the South Bay and surrounding Los Angeles areas.
Ed Kaminsky has served as an expert panelist for the South Bay Board of Realtors, and for the Mike Ferry Organization; the leading nationwide Real Estate training group in all of America.

Tina Kaminsky - Buyer Specialist/Realtor
Tina Kaminsky is the daughter of Ed Kaminsky and a life-long resident of the South Bay and surrounding Los Angeles areas. She has spent the last seven years in a variety of real estate-related jobs, including but not limited to commercial leasing, investment of land, retail and commercial properties, land development and entitlement of over 5,000 acres of land across the United States. Tina brings an analytical perspective to the investment side.
Tina’s background and experience includes many areas of Real Estate:
Cushman & Wakefield – Los Angeles market research associate and leasing assistant
Land Development & Entitlement – worked on entitling various types of projects like residential land, retail, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Over 5,000 acres of land across the U.S.
Tina is an active member of the Urban Land Institute Los Angeles Chapter. She is involved with the planning committee and has been raising money for the Young Leaders Group for 1 year, along with participating in various community service events the organization hosts.
She is a graduate of the University of Southern California She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance.
Tina can put her inside knowledge to work and will work hard to find the property that best matches her clients needs in their neighborhood of choice. She is always on top of things and ready to commit to the time and effort needed to service her clients successfully.

Helen Hernandez Archer - Buyer Specialist/Realtor

| Helen Hernandez Archer is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico. She comes from a family of realtors as her father was one of the first brokers and real estate instructors on the island along with her mother.
Helen also has an associate broker’s license in Georgia where during 2005-2008 she sold $15+ million dollars in volume and over 70+ homes. In her first 7 months in real estate she sold 21 properties. She specializes in relocation, probates and first time home buyers.
She has served as the relocation specialist for companies like CNN, ATT and Georgia Power. Helen is bilingual (English and Spanish)

Her background as a journalist, producer and editor has given exceptional traits to apply into her successful career in real estate.

Wendy Davis - Buyer Specialist/Realtor 
Wendy Davis has been a licensed Real Estate agent for four years. She has a strong connection to the Sports Industry and is a former member of the LA Clippers organization, where she was a dancer with the team. She is a graudate of Cal State Fullerton with a BA in Art. Wendy has been a guest speaker on Good Morning America and Telemundo. Her family is from El Salvador and she speaks, understands and reads fluent Spanish. She is originally from the Inland Valley, and has resided in Manhattan Beach with her twin daughters for the past 5 years.
Wendy has been invloved with the NBA for over 10 years. She began her carreer servicing her NBA family. She found that in this business it was hard to find someone trustworthy who would do an efficient job, so she decided to become the "one" to make that happen for her entertainment and NBA family sphere. Having the experience of being a mother and the experience of being in the lime-light herself I can definately understand what I need to do to facilitate trust and do a great job for her clients.
Wendy's experience in the real estate business has been buying and selling homes in the residential field, working with local developer, George Apostle, closely. She joined the Ed Kaminsky Team in early 2009 and is committed to helping her clients make great investments.

Chris Elken is originally from Des Moines, Iowa and comes from a family of Contractors and Architects. Before joining the team, he interned for The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Boston, Massachusetts - working with a team of consultants that helped major corporations improve organizational effectiveness and strategically align human capital with organizational strategy. Before that, he worked for Allied Construction, a commercial contracting firm based in Kansas City, Missouri.

Simona has been professionally trained by the Top Real Estate Coaching and Training company in US, Mike Ferry Organization for over 3 years. She has passed her California State Real Estate Exam and is in the process of obtaining her license through the DRE. She has been licensed in Virginia for five years.
Simona is originally from Czech Republic, EU.

Katie Schwartz - Transaction Manager/Closing Coordinator

Katie has been our Real Estate Closing Coordinator for over 8 years. She devotes her expertise to ensure that your entire escrow experience is as smooth and uneventful as possible. Katie is responsible for managing details of the closing process and coordinating with all parties involved in a sale to bring the escrow to a successful close. She personally follows up with the escrow officer, lender, appraiser, title officer, buyers, sellers, agents, inspectors, and many more to insure a timely closing. She provides continuous tracking of contract deadlines and processes the compliance and disclosure paperwork. Katie consults with the team members on a daily basis in order to ensure a smooth and thorough transaction. Katie is available Mon.-Fri. 8:00-4:30 to assist with any concerns you may have throughout the escrow process.
Before joining the Ed Kaminsky Real Estate team, Katie enjoyed a career in business logistics where she was an integral part of the successful expansion of a well known company, specializing in child proofing items, based here in Southern California. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter and volunteers her time assisting in building awareness programs to continue the fight against child abuse.

Deanna Whipp - Marketing Director/Realtor

As Marketing Director, Deanna is in charge of handling all aspects of listing detail. Deanna also works directly with the sales team regarding all of the details involving marketing Ed's listings. She coordinates the MLS listing, news paper and magazine publications, internet related advertising, and designs campaigns that bring to life the unique character of each property that Ed represents. She manages your property's exposure, monitoring hundreds of websites to make sure your property reaches the highest number of buyers. She photographs and shoots the virtual tour of your home so that your property is quickly displayed on all marketing pieces. Deanna prepares regular marketing reports and activity updates to keep you informed of what is going on with your home "behind-the-scenes".
Deanna holds a current California Real Estate license and throughout her Real Estate career, she has assisted in building dynamic and highly successful systems and procedures that have helped the top agents she has worked with achieve the highest level of customer service. In 2006, she was selected the the California Association of Realtors to partipate in a roundtable discussion about the increasing need for licensed assistants in the Real Estate industry. She has fifteen years experience with Customer Service and Client Relations and a strong marketing background from her early career in retail. In her spare time, Deanna enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter and publishes her poetry in university journals and small presses.

Sarah Wheeler - Client Services Coordinator 
Sarah Wheeler is a 2003 graduate of Keuka College in Upstate New York. Sarah has a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communications. She brings to the team over five years of customer service experience, as well as a strong work ethic and sense of humor.
As Client Services Coordinator, Sarah assists the Transaction Manager/Closing Coordinator and the Marketing Director, as well as all members of the team, in bringing the buyer and seller together successfully. She prepares necessary paperwork at the time of listing, coordinates showings and inspections, and arranges for on-site event planning. Sarah also helps to coordinate several live events through ItzSold such as open houses, preview parties and seminars.
She currently resides in the Palos Verdes area and enjoys hiking, reading and landscape photography.
